 | Boral Pipe and Precast Indonesia became the supplier for the construction project east flood canal in East Jakarta.
To cope with flooding due to local rainfall and flow from upstream in the eastern part of Jakarta Flood Canal constructed Eastern (BKT). Besides functioning to reduce the threat of flooding in 13 areas, to protect residential, industrial, and warehousing in eastern Jakarta, BKT is also intended as a water conservation infrastructure to recharge ground water and raw water sources and water transportation infrastructure. BKT is planned to accommodate the flow of Ciliwung Kali, Kali Cililitan, Cipinang Kali, Kali Sunter, Buaran Kali, Kali Jati Kramat, and Kali Cakung. Catchment area (catchment area) covering approximately 207 square kilometers or approximately 20,700 hectares.
Boral Pipe and Precast as a manufacturer of concrete pipe and pre-print-quality, actively participate in project construction. This can be seen from the supply that is continuously carried out by the company from a few years ago. For the year 2009, PT. Boral Pipe and Precast Indonesia to supply the needs of development as much as 944.9 tons. Active role the company resumed in 2011 by providing supply as much as 351 tons. Supply provided to the contractor that is Manggala Pratama Jaya Construction. |
